We're available on Steam, Android, and iOS platforms. In the case of Windows 10, it seems that at least the nvidia driver will bypass DWM for borderless windowed OpenGL and Vulkan games. The latest available frame for DWM to pick in that case is synchronized, so that means no micro-stutter. The solution is to enable vsync for the game. it is a sequel to GTR. This is the easiest option to try, which is why I have selected it as the first choice in this regard. DWM itself always runs with vsync, but the game does not. In the Steam Library, right-click a game and select Properties. Vsync is only used for the final composited image. Vsync is not forced on by Windows for borderless windowed games.
